Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Save Later, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Appropriate Use
You agree to use Save Later only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to compromise device security features.
User Responsibility for Saved Content
You are responsible for the links, notes, tags, collections, reminders, and other content you save in the app. Save Later provides tools to organize that content locally on your device; it does not review or endorse the websites or materials you choose to save.
User Responsibility for Stored Passwords
If you use the Password Vault, you are responsible for the credentials you choose to store and for keeping your device secure (including Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode settings).
Save Later helps protect password secrets using iOS Keychain storage and device authentication, but you remain responsible for access to your device and for any consequences of sharing device access with others.
External Websites
Saved links may lead to third-party websites. Those sites are not controlled by Save Later, and their content, availability, and privacy practices are their own responsibility.
App Availability
We aim to keep Save Later reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time as the app is improved.
Disclaimer
Save Later is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about uninterrupted operation, absolute security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keval Gadhiya and Save Later are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, or profits arising from your use of the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you should review the updated terms.
